Characteristics: Octavia is 13 minutes older than Titus and she never lets him forget it. She was elected the matriarch, the queen, the Mother, the community. The other Wonkies think of her as bossy but she thinks she is a born leader. Even when she’s upset, she will have a smile on her face and when her wings are wide open it means she wants to give you a big hug. She keeps everyone well organized, well fed (she’s loves of grill cheese sandwiches and tomato soup & pops Brussel Sprouts like M&M’s) and safe from humans. She only swims on hot days, otherwise she stays on land. If you get her laughing uncontrollably laugh, she snorts water. Both she and her brother have the ability to fly. She a bit of a dare devil. love to also loves to soar super high and dart through clouds. She also loves to climb up in the trees and hang upside down and swing by her tail. Her favorite thing is to have her belly scales scratched.

Characteristics: Titus loves to spend his days swimming; the deeper the sea or lake the better. He is afraid of his shadow and only ventures onto land at night. And when he is on land he likes to hang out with his sister, and his best friend Fred and the wonkies that can’t swim or are afraid of water. If you get him uncontrolably laughing he might snorts water. Both he and his sister have the ability to fly. He love to soar high in the sky and look at the stars. He is extremely shy, but once he gets to know you he’s a chatter box and won’t shut up.

Characteristics: He is extremely up beat and energetic, bordering on A.D.D. and doesn’t understand why people are afraid of him. Though he has a keen sense of smell, he does not have the best personal hygine and the others have to remind him when it’s time to take a shower. He has a voracious appetite and is happiest on a steady diet of coffee beans, especially beans from the Blue Mountain range of Jamaica. His best friend is Sky, or really Sky’s best friend is Jazz. She follows him around all day and hangs on his every word

Age: 162
Characteristics: Rudy has a talent for languages. He can speak 7 languages (Tswana, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Farsi, and English). He is very self-conscious that his size gets in his way of being approachable. He has had to learn to be extremely outgoing. He is also a comedian and actor. He will do stand-up routines and get a few of the other to preform plays.

Species: Milking Devon–Cow
From: Middlebury, VT – USA
Age: 154 A.D.
Characteristics: He is a descendent of a Milking Devon Cow brought over from England on the Mayflower. He is a bit of a loner, due to his not liking to share and of course his lazy side. The others are upset when he slacks on doing his chores, but they get really upset when he doesn’t pick up after himself. He spends most of his days lounging under big shade trees. If you approach him, he’ll initially be aloof and then will warm up to you and never want you to leave. He makes friends life and is extremely loyal. If you’re ever sick, ask if he will share his special milk and you’ll be well in a matter of minutes.

Characteristics: She was found by Zoe wondering down the street where they live. Her collar said she is from a family in San Jose, which is super far from where they live. Titus tried to reach her family. But they never heard from them. She doesn’t like to talk about her time there, because it makes her very sad. Still, she’s super friendly and will walk up to just about anyone. It’s been 2 months since she joined the family and because of her size, most people don’t realize she’s still a puppy. Octavia and Zoe are training her. She has lots of toys and loves tons of parmesan cheese on her food.

Characteristics: Theo is the son of ancient Greek Gods. He is strong, stubborn, and expresses exuberant emotions in the most inopportune times.” While he is not a giant size, he has unbelievable brute strength and power. He is obsessed with fresh hot pretzels but only the ones made in Germany. He also loves to have a good time and isn’t shy about starting a party and ten to one will be at center of the craziness. Oh, and don’t ask him if you can hold his club.

Characteristics: Bandit has a reputation as being a scavenger. But really, he’s just resourceful. Since he’s very tactile, he only brings home things that are soft to the touch. He is Mensa smart. When he was 8, he started submitting his application to Princeton University. His dream is to get a Ph.D. in abstract mathematics. Unfortunately, they won’t admit animals. Like one of the many puzzles, he likes to solve, he hasn’t given up hope. He is a night owl. But for something special he’s willing to get up during the day. He likes a variety of different foods. But his favorite is a good chicken curry.

Characteristics: Phoebe one of the youngest of the Wonkies. Everyone feels very protective of her. She is very expressive. Her quills change color to show you how she’s feeling. She is obsessed with salt. She has a collection of salts from different countries. She also loves to take long hot bath’s filled with salt water. While it can be a challenge to hug her, it won’t stop her from wanting to give you a squeeze.

Characteristics: Jacque is a vigilant guardian, stationed high above Paris as a security sentry on Notre Dame Cathedral. His sharp eyes miss nothing, scanning the city day and night from his lofty perch. He has a deep love for the sounds of the city below—the distant hum of life, the tolling of church bells, and the whisper of the Seine as it winds through the heart of Paris. 

Though stoic and serious while on duty, Jacque harbors an uncontrollable addiction to Paris-Brest pastries, often sneaking down to the boulangeries before dawn to devour dozens in one sitting. Characteristics: Norton loves to spend his days reading. His favorite is biographies, especially those on royalty or books on ornithology. Unfortunately, he is far sighted, dyslexic and has short term memory loss and can sometimes forget whatever he’s read. But that doesn’t stop him from getting all superior while “sharing” with all the other Wonkies...sometimes this gets on their nerves. His favorite thing to sushi, especially sashimi.

Age: 11
Characteristics: Zoe is small in physical size, however, carries herself as much, much taller or as we refer to her as tall inside. She has a happy go lucky spirit. Especially when she’s doing what she wants. But, for anything else she is apt to displays what the other Wonkies call her “mañana syndrome” or stubborn side. She is a loyal and true friend and will freely lend an ear, give a pep talk or a embrace you in a giant hug. She is out of this world creative and paints the most beautifully colorful abstract paintings.

Age: 9
Characteristics: Kai loves to talk. She comes up with something new every day to chat whoever will listen. When she’s not telling you will find her watching tv or a movie. She has lots of favorites and when one of her favorites is on you have to wait for a commercial or it ends to talk to her. If you don’t, you’ll find that she doesn’t even react to the sound of your voice. When she’s not watching tv, you will find her cleaning and organizing their home. She hates clutter.

Characteristics: Sky is the second youngest, but the tiniest of all the Wonkies. She is playful, has lots of energy and is always up for a good time. That is probably why she declared Jazz her best friend. She doesn’t think it’s fair that Lucy gets to stay up later than her and every night she reminds everyone about this. She loves tomatoes. She will eat them anyway she can. But her favorite way is sauce for Titus’s amazing spaghetti and meatballs.
